Catherine
Billam helps people and organisations to change though personal life
coaching and management consultancy. She has extensive experience as a change
management and organisation development consultant. She combines this with her
coaching and counselling training to provide powerful coaching to individuals,
senior managers and executives in organisational or personal transition. Her
prior career experience includes IT, finance and sales and marketing as well as
Human Resources and Consulting.

As a management consultant she worked for Ernst & Young Management
Consulting (now Cap Gemini), where she specialised in change management—managing
people through major change; and organisation development—changing HR
processes, culture, management style and organisation structure to ensure that
they support strategic goals.
She was Head of Human Resources for AST Europe Ltd, with full
responsibility for all UK HR functions and advisory role for the rest of Europe.
She worked for BP Information Systems Services in roles that
included Business Analysis, Account Management, Marketing and Finance.
